The service was absolutely excellent, going above and beyond to help with various requests, but there was an issue with double charging for a room. The location was nice, surrounded by woods and very quiet, with easy access to nearby attractions. The dining experience was above average, but they ran out of food early. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
